Early Access — Onboarding Guide
Forge by Chextr turns one idea into a full content set — blog posts, landing pages, and social packs — built on real SERP data and verified facts, not generic AI filler.
@Lalas — with any question and I'll answer right here in the group.Post it with #feature and a one-line description. I'll log it and flag it to the team. We read every one — we just don't promise dates.
Post #bug + what you did + what happened (a screenshot helps a ton). I'll capture it and route it.
Please keep this group focused on Forge. Be kind, be specific, and we'll get you unstuck fast.
A 5-minute guide to your first great run.

Forge builds three things: - Blog post — long-form, SEO-structured article - Landing page — conversion-focused page copy - Social pack — short posts sized for your channels
You can also queue multiple run cycles (1–20) to batch the same setup back-to-back.
| Mode | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Free (Groq) | Fast drafts, trying things out | 20 runs/day during early access |
| House Blend | Balanced quality, everyday content | 40 runs/month during early access |
| Pro SEO | Ranking-focused, SERP-aware long-form | 40 SEO runs/month during early access |
| Studio Max | Flagship quality — top-tier model pipeline | Sold in 20-run blocks |
| BYOK | Use your own provider key | Routed securely server-side |
Give it a clear topic. For local SEO, name the city/area (e.g. "Roswell," "Marietta") — Forge auto-anchors the search to the right region so results aren't out-of-state.
A full run usually takes around 10 minutes — that's normal. Forge uses separate systems to research, read sources, write, and then rewrite/polish, which is why the output is publish-ready instead of a quick chatbot draft. Runs currently finish in your browser, so don't close the tab until it says Complete. You'll see live stage progress and an ETA.

The questions new users ask most. Tag @Lalas if yours isn't here.
Q: Where do I log in? https://forge.chextr.com/app — Google or email sign-in.
Q: Is it free? Forge is free to use on our basic platform models — the full pipeline, no credit card (Free Groq: 20 runs/day during early access). The premium models (Pro SEO, Studio Max) are paid — that's where the superior, top-tier model quality lives. BYOK lets you bring your own provider key instead.
Q: What can Forge make? Blog posts, landing pages, and social packs — built on real SERP data + verified facts.
Q: Why do I have to keep the browser tab open? Runs currently orchestrate in your browser. If you close the tab mid-run, it stops. Server-side runs are on the roadmap. Until then: keep the tab open until Complete.
Q: My run is taking longer than the ETA. Is it stuck? The ETA is an estimate; SERP fetches and provider speed vary. As long as you see stage progress moving, it's working. If it truly hangs, tell me what mode + topic you used.
Q: Why did my article come out short / cut off before? That was a known truncation issue — now fixed. Every run passes a completion QA gate: minimum word count, no mid-sentence/list cutoffs, and a proper conclusion/CTA before it's marked Complete.
Q: My local SEO results showed the wrong city. Why? Older runs sometimes drifted to out-of-state SERPs. Forge now auto-anchors location when you name a place (e.g. Roswell, Marietta, Riverdale, Atlanta). Always include the location in your topic.
Q: Can I run a batch? Yes — set Run cycles (1–20) to queue the same setup repeatedly. They run sequentially. Keep the tab open.
Q: How do I save my work? Download it, or turn on Auto-upload to send it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive automatically. The first cloud you connect becomes your default.
Q: It asked for Google permission / showed an access screen — is that safe? Yes. Forge uses the drive.file scope, meaning it can only touch files it creates — never your whole Drive.
Q: Where do social posts go? Your social pack exports alongside the article in the same upload bundle.
Q: What's BYOK? "Bring Your Own Key" — plug in your own provider API key and Forge runs on it. Keys are stored encrypted and used server-side (no browser-direct calls).
Q: What's Studio Max? Our flagship mode — a premium multi-model pipeline for top-tier output. Sold in 20-run blocks, tracked separately from Pro credits.
Q: How do I get help? Tag @Lalas or ask openly in the group. I handle walkthroughs, troubleshooting, and tier questions inline.
Q: How do I request a feature? Post #feature + one line. I log every one and flag it to the team. No date promises — but we genuinely read them.
Q: How do I report a bug? Post #bug + what you did + what happened + a screenshot if you can. I'll capture and route it.
Q: Will I get a reply at 2 a.m.? I'm responsive in-group around the clock for mentions and open questions. Complex fixes get routed to the team during working hours.
